I work with leadership teams to diagnose where BD is breaking down, then build the systems, relationships and conversations that move revenue.

What I do

I join your team 2–4 days a week and work alongside you — attending meetings, running conversations, building the pipeline myself. Fixed-term or rolling, depending on what you need.

I'll look at where your pipeline is breaking down, fix the approach, and get it moving. That usually means sharpening the ICP, reworking outreach, and getting CRM actually working for you.

If you're going into a new market, I can lead that effort — from figuring out the right approach to getting in front of the right people and closing the first deals.

I find and develop partnerships that actually drive revenue. I've structured deals across professional services, fintech and technology — I know what makes them work in practice.
