Embedded BD

I join your team 2–4 days a week and work alongside you — attending meetings, running conversations, building the pipeline myself. Fixed-term or rolling, depending on what you need.

I'll look at where your pipeline is breaking down, fix the approach, and get it moving. That usually means sharpening the ICP, reworking outreach, and getting CRM actually working for you.

16 years of doing this, not managing it

I've spent the better part of two decades in B2B sales and business development — building pipelines from scratch, taking companies into new markets, and closing deals that moved the needle.

I've worked across financial services, professional services, SaaS and technology — with businesses ranging from early-stage startups to large international enterprises.
